The following steps are required in order to register for Distance Learning course(s).

1> Fill out the enrollment form and register by mail, fax or phone as described at the below.

2> If you want to receive credit, fill out an application form and submit it with a $40 application fee to receive credit.

3> If you are interested in enrolling in a program of courses visit the Master Degree Program or Certificate Program sections.

4> Contact us if you have further questions or require further assistance or guidance regarding your course of study. Our advisors are always willing to help.

 

 

To enroll by mail simply fill out the enrollment form, enclose a check for the appropriate amount payable to Knowledge Systems Institute and send it to:

To enroll by fax simply fill out the enrollment form, check Visa or Mastercard and fax the form to:

To enroll by phone simply have all information on the enrollment form ready, including your credit card information and call the administration office during the hours of 10:00AM to 6:00PM Monday-Friday:
