Online Learning at KSI

KSI is now accepting enrollment in its online Master's program. The online degree for KSI's Masters curriculum includes eight areas of concentration (see below). Our online curriculum is designed to meet the needs of contemporary students who need scheduling flexibility and assured access to faculty. The online program has the same demanding standards, content and requirements as our onsite program.

Concentrations

Our graduate program includes the following areas of concentration:

- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Bioinformatics (BI)
- Computer-based Education (CBE)
- Digital Art (DA)
- Information Security (IS)
- Knowledge Management (KM)
- Computer Networks (CN)
- Software Engineering (SE)

The course includes a dedicated website maintained by our Ph.D. faculty. Weekly lessons are presented by our instructors. The multimedia website includes streaming video, PowerPoint presentations, flash graphics, graphic illustrations and schematics, program code examples, PDF documents, self-testing, outside readings, relevant source hyperlinks and other class materials. The site also allows for online chat sessions and audio/video conferencing hosted by KSI faculty. Online discussions with your fellow students--and transcripts of the discussions--are also available. Students have access to their instructors via e-mail and telephone.
